Counts, not a score. An Agent Behaviour Policy describes and does not judge: the same policy is dangerous in one deployment and harmless in another, so there is no rating on it here or anywhere. The last column is the one a control moves.
3 open questions. This shape is read from the vendor’s own published pages on a date, not measured on the thing itself. The questions those pages could not settle travel with the vault rather than being guessed at.
