The estate board — a purchase prototype

One card per surface, each carrying what it permits and what it is expected to do.

The work it configures is done by people, and the team specified for it has never run. Which parts of it could later be done without them is a decision nobody has taken. specified, never run 11 Sep 2026

What it is testing	Whether the map is the sale. This is the only view where the deliverable and the configurator are the same object, so the buyer is already holding a rough version of what they would be buying.
What is wrong with it	It is the most work to fill in, and an empty board is a worse first screen than an empty list.
What it produces	One JSON brief, identical across all five prototypes. The interface is the variable; the document is not.

This prototype needs JavaScript. Everything it does happens in this browser: there is no form on this site and no page here opens a network connection, so with scripting off there is nothing to fall back to except the description of what it would do.
