Six published vaults, open to read without paying anything, currently begin at 3,098 pixels of a 4,395-pixel page — 3.4 screens down at 1280, and 7.9 screens down at 390, where the page is 9,406 pixels tall.
Two panels have now named this band as the thing that decides them, and both times it was the readers with the largest budgets. On 16 September it was the reason the live page beat three concepts that had deleted it; a build check put it back on the new front page the day that page became the store.
Put it directly under the four facts and above the four levels. A reader who has seen six real documents before seeing a price reads the price differently.

On a phone, collapse the whole bar behind one control that says how many shapes are showing, the way the behaviour menu already collapses. The cards come up to the top of the page and the filters are one tap away.
The category chips could also be fewer. Eleven families is what the promoted catalogue publishes and the labels are ours; a chip that filters fifteen things down to one is a link to that thing wearing a filter's clothes.

What we could do
The search on the picker has no field, because this site has none anywhere and the rule is not moving for a filter box. What it has instead is the keyboard: press /, type, and the list narrows. On a phone with no hardware keyboard that is nothing at all, and the dialog says so and points at the chips.
The design handback solved this with an on-screen keyboard drawn out of buttons. That was refused when the picker was built — twenty-six buttons to filter fifteen things is worse than the fifteen things — and the refusal is still defensible at fifteen. It stops being defensible at fifty.
The ruling is not about search, it is about the catalogue's size. If the fifteen shapes become fifty, the phone needs a way to type; if they do not, the chips are the filter and the search chip should not appear on a touch device at all.

The strip draws one uncoloured cell per capability in a grant. It was coloured until the day the supporting pages were built, when five of the fifteen shapes turned out not to have totals that partition their own grant; colouring it was drawing a split the published data does not contain.
Uncoloured, it repeats the first stat tile. Priya is right. It is a bar chart of one number, next to the number.
It turns back on the moment the per-shape capability join is published — TK-14, upstream. Until then the honest choices are to keep it as a sense of scale or to remove it, and keeping it costs a reader a second of confusion rather than misleading them.

Two of the four levels are one person's time and the page says so, names them, and reads every line of the record off a published page. Ines went there first and read it closely, which is what it is for.
What it does not say is what happens if that person is unavailable. The delivery estimates are from your reply and depend on a calendar; the page explains why, and stops there.
This is already on the board twice — WD-4 recruits the rest and WD-5 says what happens when the chosen reviewer cannot take the work — and WD-5 is blocked on WD-3, which is blocked on a second name. It does not need to be. The answer for one name is a sentence, and not having it is what makes a reader at £1,500 hesitate.
