## What a booking is

**A time, confirmed, and a scope in writing.** For [tier 3](/d/t3/) that is a
person reading your situation and running a vault for you. For [tier 4](/d/t4/) it
is an assessment by security professionals, with a deposit against a written
scope.

## Tier 4 starts with a conversation, and the reason is arithmetic

**Above about a thousand pounds a card stops making sense.** At £10,000 the card
fee alone reaches roughly £250 {{claim:card-fee-floor}}. So tier 4 goes by invoice
and bank transfer, or through [the cloud marketplace](/paying/) if the buyer would
rather have it inside terms they already hold.

There is a second reason, and it is the more important one. **The seven-role team
is specified and has never run.** {{claim:t4-team-never-run}} A first buyer would
be the first run. That belongs in a conversation before a deposit, not in a
paragraph after one.

## What a booking does not buy

**A signature.** A reviewed opinion, issued by the company and signed by a named
professional, is [a separate add-on](/offers/#offer-add-opinion) — and it cannot be
bought at all right now, because **its wording does not exist and has to before a
first signature.** {{claim:opinion-wording-absent}}

This overlap is recorded and unresolved: tier 3 and the opinion add-on sit close
enough together that a buyer could reasonably assume one includes the other.
**It does not.** Until the overlap is closed, the two are sold separately and
neither page implies the other. {{claim:t3-collision-open}}

**A compliance assessment, or a mark of conformity.** Neither describes a booking
here, and neither appears on anything that comes out of one. The family of words
around conformity marking is avoided outright: it raises the standard of care
beyond ordinary negligence and buys a buyer nothing.

**A named individual's professional responsibility.** The **company** issues every
opinion, with an express non-assumption of personal responsibility on its face.
And **the person who sells is not the person who signs** — which is why no
individual is named on this page, on the checkout, or beside a price anywhere on
this site.

## What comes out of a booking

**Triage, not raw findings.** Every finding that reaches you has been **reproduced**,
not reviewed. Recall-optimised agents run at 0.388 precision — about three findings
in five are wrong — and passing that list on unfiltered would be selling somebody

**Marked outputs.** Anything model generated says so on its face, not only in a
footer. {{claim:transparency-article}}

**A record, never a verdict.** Where the work names a third party — a vendor, a
platform, a standards body, a competitor — what is written down is facts, dates
and sources, with no evaluative adjective attached to anybody's name.

## How to book

**At the event**: the code on the card. It redirects to the delivery page for that
tier, which says what the booking covers before you commit to it.

**Otherwise**: use the same code, or start the conversation for tier 4. There is
no form on this site — it does not collect anything, from anybody, ever.
